Catalano Viaggi was born in 1968 as a ticket office for the connection to the Aeolian Islands by hydrofoils thanks to the initiative of its founder, Baldassare Catalano, who established the first fast connection to the islands with the society S.A.S. (Società Aliscafi Sud).

After 20 years of experience, in 1988, the company grew and adds up to the ticket office for the Aeolian Island a travel agency, whom direction is given to the daughter Rita for her eighteen’s birthday.
Nowadays the company, with a personnel made of 9 people, thanks to its dynamicity and the great job taken further, is continuously developing and always searching for new strategies in order to offer efficient and competitive services to its clientele.
Among the company missions, in addition to the maritime and land ticket office, there are: the organisation of incoming and outgoing, DHL services, promotion and development of territory, organisation of events and congress, authorised guides and consular visa.
